交流協會閱卷後預定於9月中旬將「合否結果通知書」（成績單）經由本中心以掛號郵寄給應試者；合格者同時寄發「日本語能力認定書」。 | |||||
|

「合否結果通知書」或「日本語能力認定書」寄發後不再補發；惟因個人因素不慎遺失或其他原因需申請成績證明者，交流協會一律核發「成績證明書」，申請手續費每份２００元 | |||||
